Bocconcini & Olive Panini

Ingredients:

2 slices Burgen Bread
1 Tbsp black olive tapenade
1 bocconcini sliced
Roasted capsicum strips
Rocket

 

Method:

  1. Spread tapenade on one slice of bread.
  2. Top with sliced bocconcini, roasted capsicum slices and rocket. Top with the other half of the roll.
