Chicken Burritos

Cooking Time : 10 minutes

 

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
500g lean chicken breast mince
2 teaspoons each ground cumin and paprika
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 ½ cups Campbell’s Real Stock – Salt Reduced Chicken
300g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
6 wholemeal tortillas or burritos
Vegetables for serving – shredded lettuce, grated carrot, diced tomato, diced avocado

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan.  Cook chicken mince and spices until browned.  Add flour and Campbell’s Real Stock and cook 5 minutes, or until thick.
  2. Add beans and allow to heat through.
  3. Serve mince wrapped in warmed tortillas with lettuce, carrot, tomato and avocado.
