2 cups wholemeal self-raising flour
90ml olive oil or 90g olive oil margarine
½ to 2/3 cup low fat milk
¼ cup of jam (e.g. strawberry, plum, raspberry etc)
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ cup sultanas

Variations: These scrolls can easily be made into savoury scrolls by replacing the sweet filling with a savoury filling, such as Vegemite and grated cheese. The kids will love them!
