We are Australia’s leading independent voice for grains and legumes in health and nutrition.

Go Grains’ role is to review the science and communicate the latest research findings about nutrition and health benefits of grains, grain-based foods and legumes to key opinion leaders; health professionals, educators, food processors, food manufacturers and the media so that they can encourage consumers to include these foods in their diet.

We aim to do this by:

> Proactively reviewing nutrition science on grain-based foods and legumes for positive health outcomes
> Compiling insights and data that provides key opinion leaders with information about trends, attitudes and consumption of grain-based foods and legumes
> Facilitating pre-competitive grain-based foods and legume nutrition and health related research
> Developing health promotion and education resources to assist in communicating positive health outcomes
